Located at 18 and 24 East 13th Street, Vennema Apartments can house up to 30 students in six apartments. Each 5-person townhouse has a full basement, living room, galley kitchen, dining areas, patio, two bedrooms, and 1 1/2 baths. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher. A dining table and chairs are provided as well as a couch, coffee table, two chairs and two end tables. These apartments have a Student Resident Director.

First used as on campus housing in 1987, the apartments are named in honor of Reverend Ame Vennema, a Hope graduate and the fourth president of Hope College from 1911-1918. The six townhouses surround a small courtyard.
