Gringhuis Cottage

Purchased in April of 1972 from Hope College Professor of Physics Henry B. Kleis, Gringhuis Cottage is located at 265 Columbia Avenue and can house up to 5 students.

Gringhuis cottage first served as the Human Resources Office until the summer of 2003 when it was converted to student housing and HR office was moved to 8th Street.

This cottage is named in honor of Dirk Gringhuis, Professor of Art, who taught during the early years of the college.
