Purchased in September of 1993, Riepma Cottage is located at 171 East 15th Street and can house up to 7 students.

This cottage is named in honor of Sears F. Riepma who served as a minister in the Reformed Church from 1903 to 1913, the Presbyterian Church from 1913 to 1930, and the Episcopalian Church from 1930 to 1950.
