Purchased in June of 1998, Timmer Cottage is located at 57 East 13th Street and can house up to 9 students.

This cottage is named for its former residents John Norman Timmer '38 and Barbara Dee Folensbee '43 Timmer.

The Timmer's lived in the home from 1970 to 1998. Mr. Timmer was the development director for Hope.
