Purchased in August of 1956 from the 9th Street Christian Reformed Church, the Yonkman/Arcadian Cottage is located at 132 East 13th Street and can house up to 10 students.

This cottage was named in honor of Fredrick Yonkman, an alumnus of 1925 and the Arcadian Fraternity.
