On-Campus Spring Housing Change Application

(Deadline is November 11, 2011)

Please visit the web-site below and fill out the form if:

You are returning from or leaving to an off-campus study program, transferring to another college, not-returning to Hope, or naming a new roommate (in cases of an known opening for Spring).

Please be aware if you have an opening in your room, apartment, or cottage, and you DO NOT name a roommate, the space may be used to house a student or you may be asked to move in with another person in a comparable living environment (a.k.a." consolidate"), so we can meet the requests of students who want to live together.

Applications for off-campus or commuter status are not considered for the Spring Semester.

Do not complete this form if you are having a conflict with your roommate. You must meet with a Residential Life staff member before requesting a housing change.

Please make a note for semester break:
You will need to be checked out of your housing 24 hours after your last final exam or by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2011. Housing opens up for spring semester on Sunday, January 8, 2012 at 12 noon.

Approved moves:
You will receive an email if your requested move has been approved. You will move to your new location when you return on January 8.
