Programming & Bulletin Board Requirements

Programs

• Each RA must complete 2 “active” programs per month. 
• Each category in the C.H2.I.P.S. model must be met once per year, with the exception of H (Harmony) which must be met each semester. 
• Programs can be done on your own, or in collaboration with other staff.
• One program per semester needs to be evaluated by participants.  Use the Program Evaluation by Participants form. 
• Missed or incomplete programs must be made up, as determined by your RD/RLC.
• Program Planning forms are due to your RD/RLC/NC 7 days before your program is scheduled. 
• Program Evaluation forms are due to your RD/RLC/NC within 48 hours of the program’s completion. 

Bulletin Boards

• Each Hall RA must complete one bulletin board per month. 
• Bulletin boards are intended to reach, teach, or engage. 
• Bulletin Board Planning forms are due to your RD/RLC/NC 7 days before your bulletin board is posted.
• Bulletin boards are due at midnight on the 1st of every month.
