Inspirational Comedian Wendi Fox was a natural with the party lifestyle and admits that until her early twenties her excessive and reckless behavior created an assembly line of alcohol related problems. Based on her personal experiences, Wendi takes a mind bending but funny look at all of the bad plays in a youthful game of reckless roulette and how her dysfunctional childhood, youthful optimism and drunk logic lead her to tragic people and frightening places.

This story is a funny and wickedly truthful look at the drunk and dangerous journey of a young high-risk drinker, who compromised her safety and the safety of her friends in the pursuit of a good time. It is a roller coaster ride of comedy and catastrophe all slammed together, a compilation of hysterically funny, hindsight-full observations of unhealthy choices, dangerous circumstances, lessons learned and a journey through personal reinvention. It is also the inside story and testimony of three generations of people on both sides of the family tree, who have struggled with alcohol abuse and high-risk drinking, as well as what they’ve learned and what they’ve lost.

“I have seen those who have walked before me and behind me make fatal mistakes. It is through my personal experience, that I have noticed that nothing productive has ever happened to me while I was drinking…At least nothing that I can remember for that matter! High-risk drinking either change the quality of your life or the length of it, and sometimes it’s both. I have a very addictive personality and was forced to make lifestyle changes very early on in my life, before something unrepeatable happened”, says Fox. “This truly is a story of life lessons and personal reinvention”, says Fox. “A funny rundown of what I know now that I didn’t know then!” Wendi adds.

Wendi closes the show with a big bang of improvisational comedy, audience participation and comedic commentary to illustrate the dangers of high-risk drinking and to prove once and for all that drinking and driving is not safe. Wendi invites four willing students to join her on stage to participate in “The Big Beer Goggle Challenge.” What happens after that is a surprise to everyone including Wendi. Unbelievably funny and very effective, Wendi gives the students “a shot of common sense” along with compassion and hilarity…only something a seasoned entertainer can deliver.
