Where is the ticket office located, what are the hours?

Our main office is located directly inside the east entrance of the DeVos Fieldhouse at 222 Fairbanks Ave. During the summer months (May-Mid August) we are located at the DeWitt Center Ticket Office, at 141 E. 12th St., in addition to the DeVos Ticket Office.

Our regular scheduled office hours are 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Office hours may vary depending on event schedules and the time of year. See current hours and locations.

What tickets are available at the ticket office?

The Hope College Ticket Office handles tickets for most of the events that take place on campus. All tickets for athletic events, dance, theatre, HSRT, and Great Performance Series are currently made available for purchase through this office.

How can I get basketball season tickets?

Currently, men's basketball season tickets are sold out and the waitlist is open. We are not taking names for season ticket requests until further notice. If you are already on the waitlist you will be contacted regarding any openings as they become available during the season ticket renewal process which begins in July. When can I purchase an individual game ticket?

Tickets for individual games (football, basketball, & volleyball) will be made available for sale during regular hours at the ticket office for the next game on the schedule only. For example, during a typical week you can order basketball tickets on Monday or Tuesday for a Wednesday game, but not for a Saturday game. Pricing and schedules available here.

Tickets will also be available on the day of the contest. Special circumstances (Hope v. Calvin, Tournaments, Playoffs, etc.) may alter this distribution schedule. Check our website for updates during the season and throughout the playoffs.

How can I purchase a Hope vs. Calvin ticket?

Hope vs. Calvin men's basketball game tickets are in extremely high demand. Season ticket holders, Calvin College, parents of players, recruits, students, staff, and faculty members are all allotted tickets prior to the contest. Any remaining general admission bleacher tickets will be sold to the general public at the ticket office at a time released on this website and through local media. Find out more about The Rivalry.

When do the doors open for spectators?

Typically, for basketball games the doors will open for spectators one hour before the first scheduled tipoff (including JV games). Special circumstances (Hope v. Calvin, Tournaments, Playoffs, etc.) may alter this schedule.

For theatre and dance events the doors typically open half an hour before the event. For graduations, special events and other outside groups using the facility the time varies depending on their schedule.

Can I have tickets held for me at the ticket office?

Our ticketing system will no longer allow us to hold tickets without purchase. Once tickets are purchased we can hold them at the ticket office or at the venue for pick up. We can also mail ticket orders via USPS First Class Mail.

Can I order over the phone or internet?

We can accept ticket orders over the phone during regular business hours, just talk to a ticket representative. However, there may be certain shows or games where this service may not be available. Contact us today.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa. We do not accept American Express. Checks can be made payable to Hope College (For Hope Summer Repertory Theatre tickets checks are payable to HSRT).
