Volunteering for VWS
As a VWS volunteer, you will be provided with several exciting opportunities to get involved. A few of the main tasks the team needs help with include poster and flier distribution, book selling at readings, escorting writers, assisting with the website and taking part in lunches and receptions. All volunteers are encouraged to attend the readings, workshops, Q and A panels and writer brunches. The more you get involved, the more you will enjoy and benefit from your VWS experience. Volunteering is also a wonderful way to determine if applying for an internship position with VWS is right for you.
