Student Records Self-Service Portal
2024–1984 Students
If you started at Hope in Fall 1984 or later and left before or during 2024, you will need to request a new set of credentials to access the self-service portal. Please print and fill out the form below, then deliver it via email, post mail, or in-person to the Computing and Information Technology office. After CIT verifies your identity, we will email you within one business day with your account information.

Students Prior to 1984
If you attended Hope at all prior to Fall 1984, you do not have electronic student records and will need to request an official paper transcript.
