Opportunities for Students

Student Employment

The Frost Center employs students throughout the year to assist in data collection and presentation. Students learn basic social science research methods through hands on participation in a variety of campus and community projects. For more information click here.

Majors in Social Sciences are not required. Direct enquiries to Milly Hudgins.

Research Practicum Class

The Center offers a Community Research Practicum course (SSR-495-01) where students participate in projects contracted by the Frost Center. Tasks range from survey development and implementation to data analysis, table construction and final report preparation.
