Retreat Schedule
A 2.5-day retreat designed to help you pause, reflect and realign with your authentic self and strengths.

"The authentic leadership retreat was inspiring, challenging, fun and beneficial. It provided resources I can begin implementing immediately. Ryan was a wonderful facilitator, and I loved my cohort. I feel blessed to access these tools to further my calling. Thank you! I recommend this to anyone looking to grow and willing to look inward toward transformation.”

"Leadership had fallen into my lap, and my assessment results initially reinforced my doubts about whether I was cut out for it. Ryan helped me look beyond the scores to understand the gifts I bring and where I can grow. I began to shift my focus from trying to emulate other leaders to becoming the leader Christ created me to be. I left knowing that I don't need to be everyone's leader; I need to faithfully lead the people God has entrusted to me with love, compassion, humility, and grace. I don't need to be the most gifted speaker; I need to speak authentically."
