Opus Archival Project!

These six issues are a part of the Opus Archival Project, conducted by current Opus editor, Amanda M. Karby, and Kaili Doud under the instruction of Dr. William Pannapacker's Digital Humanities class. The goal of this project is to allow for all past issues of Hope's literary magazine to be preserved in an accessible Internet format, while still being kept in their original, printed forms in the archives of the college. From these six issues, we hope to garner interest in the preservation and continuation of the magazine, as well as create a more user-friendly home for Opus on the Internet.

"This will be a really valuable archive, one I think many who were part of OPUS will be very grateful for. And since nearly 80 of our grads who originally appeared in one OPUS or another have gone on to earn their MFA degrees in creative writing and/or have also gone on to publish nationally; it will be interesting to see their pieces published first here at Hope."
